The Cricut for Cake Decorators! Catch its Premier Next Week!

I have a friend who lives to scrapbook and has accumulated a mass of scrapbooking supplies, tools, and machines, including the ever popular Cricut. She has even been on a scrapbooking cruise. lol

Wednesday evening she shared with me that Cricut was coming out with a machine specifically designed for cake decorating. Did you know about this? I couldn't wait to get home and pull up the details online, but then both my kids came down with a stomach bug. So, my research was temporarily put on hold, until this afternoon.

Cricut will be sharing an online preview on Monday April 12th and HSN (Home Shopping Network) will premiere this newcomer on April 14th. Ok... my birthday is 6 months away, but I have to wonder if I could ask for my gift now? lol

This new machine is specifically designed for decorating cakes, cookies, and cupcakes and will accept cartridges made for other Cricut machines. Can you imagine? I'm anxiously anticipating what exactly it might allow me to do at home, and how it might improve my cake decorating abilities.

The machine is said to be made with stainless steal, making it easy to clean and completely food safe!
