bikegal over at Cake Central brought my attention to this wonderful series of books written by Joanne Fluke. The mystery series
tell the story of Hannah Swensen, bakery owner and amateur sleuth. Each book is filled with not only sweet suspense but also recipes for cakes, cookies, muffins and cupcakes.

oh my goodness. that is too funny. i cant wait to read those. there was also a mystery once called sweet and low about a candy factory i got from my school library.
